This superb ride takes you to the highest permissive point for mountain bikes on the Range at approx. 450m. The views are breathtaking, as are some of the climbs. From the peaceful trails of Clwyd forest to fantastic grassy descents within the Moel Famau Country Park this route really is not to be missed. Truly a route with a bit of everything.

This ride from Cilcain provides you with spectacular scenery. The route takes in some steady climbing and interesting descents, but make sure you take time to enjoy the stunning views of Snowdonia and Merseyside both sides of the ridge. This route also allows you the pleasure of skirting around the ancient iron age hill fort of Moel Arthur not once but twice!

This great route takes you on a tour of four of the most picturesque villages within the area, Graianrhyd, Eryrys, Maeshafn and Nercwys. providing you with plenty of opportunities for food stops at the country pubs or village shops. The route encorporates some great singletrack descents, green lanes and forest trails. The loop around Graiandryd can also be missed out, in order to avoid one of the most technical descents, making it suitable for less experienced riders. This is a great route for those who wish to take their time and enjoy the ever changing scenery.

This route although quite long is not too technical, making it ideal for those riders who are fit but prefer the less technical routes. The route takes you through Clocaenog Forest, famous for holding rounds of the RAC Rally, home of the rare Black Grouse and one of the few remaining strongholds of the Red Squirrel. Llyn Brenig is a vast man-made lake and this route allows you to circumnavigate its entire shoreline, with the opportunity for a snack at the visitors centre, before bringing you over the dam wall for your return trip through the forest. A great day ride and not one to be rushed.
